The Role – Sales Manager
Based from home covering the South of the UK, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
- Managing the full sales pipeline, from inquiries to invoicing, while coordinating with internal teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Representing the company at exhibitions, presentations, and networking events.
- keeping up with market trends to adjust plans to meet our clients' needs and fit with what's happening in the economy.
- Collaborating with marketing, technical, and finance teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales or business development with a strong track record of results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to turn enquiries into profitable opportunities.
- An analytical mindset with experience interpreting market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
